The Committee will make its independent selection by the first week of September 2026.
A letter of support from the candidate’s program director is required during the application process.
Priority is given to those who submitted accepted abstracts.
10 grant recipients will be notified by September 2026.
Grants will be provided after showing the attendance certificate on the last day of the conference & can be collected from the speakers’ room.

Fellows and physicians in training in accredited cardiology training programs.
The following criteria will be considered during the selection process to ensure diversity and milestones:
• Age
• Country
• Experience
• Specialty
Number of publications indexed in the last 5 years, etc.

Up to 10 grants available for USD 1250 each

The grant is intended for the 18^th Gulf Heart Association Conference only.
In case of absence due to illness, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances, the grant award would be deemed lost, and the candidate will be asked to explain their absence.
All paperwork (visa, study leave, etc.) remains the responsibility of the applicant.
Applicants are eligible for one source of funding only. If alternative funds are available on top of the travel grant, applicants must notify the committee immediately.
