The breakdown of rate deadlines are as follows with USD 50 increase between rate periods:
Early Bird Rate: Until August 14
Standard Rate: Until September 25
Onsite Rate: November 12-14
Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact communications@lumina.ae A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons will be provided with a 10% discount. (Applies only on Early Bird rates)
Cancellations are not possible, and all payments made are non-refundable. If a delegate wishes to cancel their registration, a name amendment is the only option available.
If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Friday, 12 November 2026 at 08:00 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.
Badge collection is open from Thursday, 12 November 2026 at 08:00 onwards in the registration area. Delegates will be required to take the following steps:
Step 1: Sign in with the ushers at the registration area, validate their details and print out their name badge with barcode
Step 2: Head towards the welcome kit collection point to pick up their kit.
Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.
Online Registration payments can also be done by direct bank transfer. By choosing bank transfer option at the online payment portal gateway and follow the instructions. Please see below our bank details to arrange the necessary transfer.
Please note that the exchange rate of AED/USD is 3.68 AED per UAE when conducting the transfer.
